By accessing this website and making a reservation at one of the properties, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or make a reservation.

Terminology

"Huésped", "You" or "Your" refers to the person making the reservation and agreeing to these terms and conditions. "Anfitrión", "We", "Our" refers to Hebert, the owner of the website https://tuhogarenlospirineos.holidayfuture.com. "Parties" refers to both the Guest and the Host.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation without cost: You may cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the arrival date with no additional cost.

Cancellation after 7 days: If canceled after 7 days, the full amount of the reservation will be retained.

Length of Stay

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Maximum stay: 30 nights.

House Rules

The house rules are provided in a PDF document sent on the day of arrival and are also available within the property.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a supplement of 30€ per pet for the entire stay.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00h. The check-in process is self-check-in, so there is no time limit.

Check-out: Until 11:00h. A 20€ charge will apply for every additional 30 minutes of delay.

You may request to advance the check-in or delay the check-out in advance, subject to availability and agreement.

Data Registration

To comply with Spanish tourist rental regulations, certain personal data will be requested from guests during the reservation process. This data will be processed in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Property Availability

If for any reason the property cannot be provided due to a host or property issue, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.

Liability

Limitation of liability: The host is not responsible for any damage, loss, or accident that occurs during the guest's stay at the property, except in cases of direct negligence by the host. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by the use of facilities or accidents within the property.

Failure to comply with rules: In the event of a violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to end the guest's stay without refund and charge an additional fee for any damages caused.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other circumstance beyond our control, we reserve the right to refund 100% of the reservation or offer a similar alternative to the reserved property. This will not entitle the guest to additional compensation.

Subletting and Reservation Transfer

The guest may not sublet, transfer, or assign the reservation to another person without prior written consent from the host.

Access to the Property

The host reserves the right to access the property at any time, with prior notice to the guest, for necessary repairs or to ensure the house rules are being followed.

Inappropriate Behavior

Behavior that causes inconvenience to neighbors or goes against good conduct, such as excessive noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior, is not allowed. In case of violation of this policy, the stay will be immediately canceled without refund.

Exclusive Use of the Property

The property is rented exclusively for tourism purposes. No commercial activities, events, or illegal activities will be allowed on the property without the prior written consent of the host.

Environmental Damage Prevention

Guests agree to respect the natural environment and not cause damage to it. Any damage to the environment, such as altering vegetation, wildlife, or landscapes, will be the guest's responsibility.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas as long as it does not disturb the neighbors. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.

Major Damages or Misuse of Facilities

The guest will be responsible for any major damage caused to furniture, appliances, or facilities due to misuse or negligence. In the case of significant damage, the guest will be charged additional fees to cover repair or replacement costs.

Modifications in the Accommodation

Guests may not make modifications to the furniture, structure, or decoration of the property without prior written consent from the host. This includes moving furniture, hanging objects on the walls, or making permanent alterations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover potential incidents during their stay, such as cancellations, property damage, or medical emergencies.

Use of Images

By making a reservation, the guest gives consent for their images or their group's images to be used for promotional purposes on our online platforms, unless otherwise indicated in writing.

Complaints and Problem Resolution

If you experience any issues with the facilities or services during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can resolve it quickly. We are committed to doing everything possible to ensure your satisfaction during your stay.

No Responsibility for Personal Losses

The host is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the guest's stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and take necessary precautions.

Use of Property Elements

The use of facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi, or any other special equipment is subject to the safety rules provided at the property. The guest assumes all responsibility for using such facilities and exempts the host from any liability in case of an accident.

Messaging

Communication between the host and the guest may be conducted by email, WhatsApp, or through the channels established on the booking platform. It is the guest's responsibility to regularly check messages and notifications.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon their publication on this website. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay up-to-date with any updates.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of (city where the property is located).
